Take a deep breath, this event is for grounding, connection and coming together for something bigger than ourselves.
Join us for our first ever combined Friendher and Friendhim wellness event at Reclab Wembley. This session has been created with community, compassion and accessibility at its core, especially for those who experience anxiety attending events alone. You absolutely do not need to bring a partner or friend. The option to bring someone was added because some community members shared that it helps them feel more comfortable, however the heart of this morning remains the same a safe, supportive, non dating space to meet people and support two important causes.
To honour this, we will have clear community values, boundaries and expectations to ensure the space remains respectful, welcoming and comfortable for everyone. This is not a dating event.
Half of all ticket proceeds will be donated to Build Now Org who support WA children facing serious health challenges.
The other half will support the urgent medical repatriation of Chloe, a dear friend of founder Kristy who is currently in a coma in Vietnam after a sudden and life threatening medical emergency involving severe blood poisoning. Chloe is a mother of three, a wife, sister, aunty and friend. Kristy has known her for over 12 years and her husband Josh for 20 years, their family is part of Kristy’s family. Funds are being raised to bring her home to WA via medical evacuation to give her the best possible chance to live.

For those who have never tried ice baths before, Kristy will walk you through simple breathing techniques and supportive tools to help you feel safe and steady throughout.

Mixed Event with Clear Intention
We want to make this absolutely clear , this is not a dating event.
This is a community wellness morning created to support people in forming genuine friendships, especially those who may feel anxious turning up alone. You do not need to bring anyone with you. Come solo, or come with a friend/partner, come open hearted and feel supported. We will have male and female ticket splits to keep the environment balanced and comfortable for all.

Once you’ve purchased your ticket, we’ll email you instructions on how to take and send your photo safely and confidentially. Sab will turn your image into a custom outline, or you can choose from one of her beautiful body-positive templates if you’d prefer not to submit a photo.
On the night, you’ll arrive to find your personalised sketch waiting for you — along with all the paints, brushes, and good vibes you’ll need to bring it to life.
Sab won’t be attending in person, but she’s created a special QR code guide exclusively for Friendher guests, filled with her tips, techniques, and personal encouragement to help you make your painting truly your own.
No art experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to play, express, and connect.
